We begin 4-6 weeks before your wedding date, confirming vendors, seating arrangements, and creating a master timeline for your wedding day. We catch any mistakes, and make sure you didn't miss anything.
We will attend your wedding rehearsal (up to 5 hours) and will include a 30 minute meeting afterward to discuss any last minute changes or concerns.
Weekly check-ins (up to 30 minutes each) beginning up to 6 weeks before your date, unlimited email correspondence, and an additional 1 hour of "emergency" phone time to be used whenever you like, for help when you need it the most.
We arrive early to your venue to ensure everything is properly set up and in the right location. We check your decor to make sure everything is according to plan. We greet your vendors and your guests, help direct them to their seats, and answer their questions.
We mediate conflicts between family members, assist vendors when needed, and quickly and creatively solve any problems. We will be your go-to person for the entire event, allowing you to simply enjoy your day!

We will also call the vendors of your choosing, check their availability for your wedding date, and get you quotes for their services.
Includes an initial 1 hour consultation to learn the couple's style and needs.
*Additional fees incurred for in-person vendor meetings and will be billed at $50/hour to include travel time.
We will attend your rehearsal and help you figure out any last minute changes. We can make professional suggestions, or catch something important you may have forgotten about, which is easy to do when you're planning your own wedding!
